We can visit on-site* if required to support you with matters such as undertaking investigations into disciplinary/grievance issues, attending formal disciplinary/grievance hearings, advising on restructures, or attending an ‘HR Clinic’ for interactive discussion and advice on current HR issues with Senior Managers.
Our HR Consultants are chartered members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and are skilled professionals with a wide range of cross-sector experience.

How we work
The majority of our clients choose an Annual Contract enabling them to contact us for HR advice throughout the year. We will discuss with you what your HR requirements may be over the period of the contract and advise on the appropriate number of hours to purchase. The minimum number of hours is 3 hours per annum. However, if something unforeseen happens that requires additional HR time, top-up hours can be purchased at any stage.
Our Annual HR Contract rates are competitive and flexible depending on the number of hours purchased.
New clients choosing an Annual HR Contract will also receive, as part of the Start-up Package, an HR Audit undertaken by one of our MCIPD qualified HR Consultants. Also included in the Start-up Package is a full set of legislatively compliant HR Policies and Procedures and an Operations Manual which contains useful information and pro-forma documents on Staff Handbooks, Induction and Appraisal. Our Annual HR Contract clients will also receive updated policies as legislation changes together with Employment Law updates and regular Focus-on… newsletters on topical HR matters.
We also provide an HR Consultancy service for clients who require additional HR support on specific or complex one-off issues.
