The Role – An exciting opportunity to join our existing team within Young People in Mind (YPIM), which offers support to young people from 14-25, in the boroughs of Great Yarmouth and Waveney, who are struggling with their mental health and experiencing emotional difficulties.
Providing recovery focussed emotional support, psychoeducational information and signposting to young people (aged 14 to 25) to promote good emotional health and wellbeing.
To form part of the Young People in Mind team (YPiM) delivering support through 1-1 casework, delivery of solution focused support groups and facilitation of social groups and activities.
The service operates Monday to Friday and may include some out of hours working. The service runs across Norfolk and Waveney, and an expectation to travel across the locations may be required.
Some flexibility will be required to cover staff absence/holidays and attend planned events or one-off activities.
