Are you passionate about the impact volunteers can have?  Do you want to make a difference to your local NHS? Do you have experience of supporting clients at home or in the community?

We are looking for a Volunteer Connector who is knowledgeable about their local area and passionate about making a difference in their local community

You could make a real difference, by supporting local vulnerable people to rediscover their independence after a period of illness or a hospital stay.

Volunteer Connectors are the Voluntary Norfolk face of our Support Services.

Through volunteers and staff, we help people going through temporary issues and changes. Our help is practical, short-term and aimed at keeping them living safely at home.
