We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Project Adviser to join our team at The Feed, supporting the delivery of our Bloom Programme and First Steps programmes.
Based in our welcoming Community Café, you will work directly with participants to build confidence, develop skills, and support positive outcomes through group sessions and one-to-one support.
The Project Adviser will co-deliver The Feed’s Bloom and First Steps programmes. Bloom is a 10 week employment and empowerment programme for women, run by women. First Steps is a programme that offers support for the members of our social supermarket to access advice and assistance.
