Do you enjoy bringing people together to learn from each other? Planning and organising events? And supporting the great work that is done by voluntary, community & social enterprise (VCSE) organisations?

You will work with the Empowering Communities Programme Manager to help develop, coordinate and promote the Voluntary Norfolk Network, and deliver events, training and workshops for the Voluntary Sector.

You will also support the coordination and promotion of the wider Empowering Communities programme for Norfolk.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of working in a customer/client focused environment and assisting with planning and promotion of events. Some familiarity with the VCSE sector would be an advantage.

We are looking for excellent organisational skills, a creative and flexible approach to problem-solving, excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, good administrative and IT abilities, including experience of Word, Excel, CRM software and online tools, and experience of maintaining accurate records and contributing to reports.

We are a small and friendly team that works closely together to make great things happen to benefit those on the front line.
