Locality Manager – West Norfolk (based King’s Lynn)

We are looking for a Locality Manager to lead our services in King’s Lynn, including managing the local office, overseeing outreach provision and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality advice.

You will play a key role in ensuring our services are accessible, effective and responsive to local need, while maintaining strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

· Managing the day-to-day operation of local advice services

· Supporting, supervising and developing staff and volunteers

· Maintaining advice quality through case checking and quality assurance

· Ensuring accurate outcomes recording and reporting

· Helping develop and extend services to support more people

We’re looking for someone who:

· Is values-driven and committed to social justice and equality

· Has experience in advice services or a similar environment

· Understands safeguarding and referral processes

· Has strong communication, organisational and IT skills

· Has experience supporting or managing volunteers
