Hear for Norfolk is dedicated to improving the lives of people with all degrees of hearing loss.  This is achieved by providing hearing aid maintenance, otoscopy screening, aural care using microsuction, adult audiology, emotional support, information on hearing loss and related conditions, and training.  We are supporting over 16,000 people with hearing loss every year and to ensure that we continue to provide accessible, reliable and high-quality services we are looking to appoint additional team members to join our charity:

The postholder will support the Chief Executive Officer with the day-to-day management of the office and the administrative function of the charity, ensuring that high quality healthcare services are provided to service users, meeting their individual needs, and in line with best practice and organisational policies and guidance, and approved quality standards.

Reporting to and working very closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the postholder will also contribute fully to the development and delivery of the trusts, foundations and statutory funding strategies and will provide appropriate support with maximising income from these sources by researching funding opportunities and drafting compelling funding applications.
