This is a new role that will be central to supporting Voluntary Norfolk’s CEO and wider Leadership team to manage the organisation effectively. It is an exciting opportunity to make a difference during a period of change for the organisation.

The role will act as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, oversee governance processes, policies and procedures; facilitate internal communications and engagement; and provide support for the smooth running of the office where needed.

You will be a skilled Executive Assistant / administrator, ideally with experience of governance processes and managing policies. You will be organised, good at planning and prioritisation, and able to progress multiple areas of work in parallel. We’re looking for someone proactive and able to identify opportunities for improving the way things work. You’ll be approachable and collaborative, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
