The Executive Administrator will join a collaborative, dynamic and forward-thinking team, providing high quality administrative and executive support across the organisation. Working closely with the CEO, Deputy Director and wider Senior Management Team (SMT) the role is central to ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of governance, executive administration, and organisational operations.
The role will support a broad range of activities including Board and committee administration, diary and meeting management, recruitment and onboarding, staff training coordination, and internal organisational communications. Working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders, the postholder will help maintain efficient systems and processes, ensuring information is accurate, well-organised and delivered to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is looking to continue their career in executive administration within a busy and ambitious arts organisation.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, and advanced proficiency in the entire Microsoft suite. Strong relationship management and communications skills are essential, as is the confidence to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
