ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

Home-Start Norfolk is an independent local charity providing vital support to families with children aged 0 to 5 who are finding parenting a challenge.

By offering help to families through their toughest times, we ensure that parents have the support they need to give their children the best start in life. Support is delivered to families by recruiting and training volunteers to provide emotional and practical support to families in their own homes.

Home-Start’s ethos is to empower and enable, allowing families to develop self-resilience and confidence in their ability to cope with challenging situations and integrate more within their communities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Community Fundraising and Engagement Officer who shares our passion for supporting Norfolk families and making a difference to children’s crucial early years.

You may already have experience in fundraising, event organisation, marketing, or business skills that can be transferred to the charity sector. We are looking for strong communication skills, creativity, and passion for our vision alongside great IT and digital skills, a high level of accuracy and excellent time management.

The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check.
