About the role
The purpose of this role is to support adults with learning disabilities to delivery training, groups, conferences, projects and events.
You will work with people individually and in groups – supporting them to design and lead training for people with and without learning disabilities. You will work alongside the Training and Development Adviser to support training and research groups for adults with learning disabilities and assist with recruiting new members from outside Opening Doors.
You will support adults with learning disabilities to develop skills and confidence they need to undertake paid work in a range of settings. You will help to complete feedback and reports showing the work we have done and the impact it has had.
