The Volunteer Coordinator will recruit, train and support a team of volunteers for the new Autism Volunteer Service. They will work with the Volunteer Service Manager and key NCH&C Autism Service Norfolk staff to enable volunteers to provide remote support, advice and signposting for people on the Autism Service Norfolk waiting list.
We are looking for a volunteer coordinator who is enthusiastic about the difference volunteers can make to services and patient experience. They will be confident with IT and remote working, dedicated to recruiting, training and supporting high quality volunteers, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and will enjoy helping others to achieve their goals and make a difference.
