As an organisation we are looking to recruit a Triage and Support Line Manager who will be based in our exciting new Central Community Wellbeing Hub.
The Central Community Wellbeing Hub is an exciting new service located in central Norwich, at the heart of the community and will operate a safe and friendly environment. It will be psychologically informed – in line with Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) principles. This service will offer a wide range of services to empower people to stay well in their community and at home.
You will be responsible for overseeing the Triage and Support Line service, ensuring that all enquiries are received in a timely manner and referred to the appropriate support service within the Central Community Wellbeing Hub.
