We are looking for a special person to be the Service Co-ordinator at our busy Counselling and Psychotherapy Charity. We need an efficient administrator who can deal with all the practical aspects of running a busy counselling centre, who is in tune with our values of service to those in mental distress and good with people. You will be responsible for overseeing our volunteer receptionists. You will work closely with the Director and Deputy Director as a key member of a small team.
The ideal candidate will be organised, calm, good at dealing with all sorts of people, comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases and willing to learn new things. Previous experience of an administrative role is desirable.
St Barnabas Counselling Centre (“St. B’s”) is a charity offering low cost counselling and psychotherapy to the people of Norwich and the surrounding area. Our 25 counsellors offer their services on a voluntary basis. The charity has good financial reserves, a strong team of Trustees and an experienced management team. St B’s provides a supportive, friendly, community atmosphere in which to work.
