We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Care Services Team, based at our Day Services Centres in Aylsham or North Walsham. Our aim is to enable clients to achieve independence as far as possible in all areas of their life by providing appropriate information, opportunity, training and support.
Reporting to the Community Services Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering person-centred activities and provide a high quality, efficient service to clients. A key element of the role will be to support clients to meet their goals through centre-based, home support and other activities providing personal support. You will deputise for the Community Services Lead as and when required.
Qualified in Health and Social Care to a minimum level 3 or equivalent training and experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills. You will also enjoy a hands-on approach with empathy for service users and their families. Based in Aylsham you will also be required to provide support to the teams in North Walsham.
