We have an exciting and incredibly rewarding opportunity for a Recovery Coach, responsible for supporting people in their recovery within our “Good” rated Omnia rehabilitation residential service.

Omnia offers a psychologically informed environment to connect with people and support them to regain hope, optimism and feel empowered to be able to work towards their own personal recovery.

You will be required to develop and use skills and knowledge to support people accessing the service to manage their mental health, improve physical health, build support networks and engage with specialist services.

You will be responsible for working as part of a team to deliver a social recovery programme that supports those staying at Omnia to set personal goals, acquire the skills to meet those goals and to go on and live interdependent and fulfilling lives.

This role will be requiring flexible working and you will form part of the team in providing sleep ins at the service paid as an additional to your contracted hours.

Do you share our ambition? Do you have the skills and experience we are looking for?

If yes, we want to hear from you.
