We are looking for maternity cover for our project accountant. This role is on a part time 11 months fixed term contract basis.
Are you a studying, or fully qualified, ACCA/CIMA accountant? or a fully qualified AAT accounting professional?
We are looking for someone to produce accurate Financial costings. You may be required to produce costings for exciting new services, grants or funding applications. Our aim is to ensure that we secure vital funding to continue our organisation’s vision that “All people are supported with their mental health to live a life that is meaningful to them.”
Have you got experience of producing monthly management accounts, budgets and yearly stat accounts? If so you will be assisting the Head of Finance in their production.
The project accountant also has responsibility for Norfolk and Waveney Mind’s Fixed Assets Register, including monthly depreciation postings.
Having an up-to-date knowledge of the charity sector and an understanding of the Charity SORP will put you ahead of the competition for this role, though it is not essential.
On successful interview with one of our team and a full on-boarding you will receive comprehensive initial training and ongoing training and development as you make your way into your role at Norfolk and Waveney Mind.
