The Role – We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Prevention Support Services Manager to join our Wellbeing and Groups team; leading and inspiring the Prevention Services Team to deliver high quality and innovative services that will support people experiencing low, moderate and longer-term mental health issues to successfully achieve their aspirations and advance their mental health recovery via hope, opportunity and inclusion. The role also includes managing services such as Primary Care and Social Prescribing across the county.
You will work closely with the wider organisation to ensure sustainability of the services, and will also ensure effective relationships with formal partners and other stakeholders generating referrals and creating collaborative working partnerships.
A full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential for this role, as is vision, passion and motivation to further develop services for people needing support
