Are you extremely organised? Have an excellent eye for detail? And have experience of working in a payroll environment? Then this might be the role for you.

A rare position has arisen for a Payroll Clerk based at our office in Norwich.

You will assist the Payroll Manager in all areas of the payroll, including the accurate recording of additional hours and bank workers’ hours. Help to ensure the timely preparation of our monthly payroll in accordance with the deadlines set by our external payroll agency.

You will assist in the administration of all payroll, and pension, duties ensuring compliance to UK legislation and regulations. Assist with any staff and manager queries relating to payroll or pension.

You will have responsibility for responding to staff and manager queries relating to, and the admin of, our online expenses module, ensuring that all valid claims are then paid via the payroll.

On successful interview with one of our team and a full on-boarding you will receive comprehensive initial training and ongoing training and development as you make your way into your role at Norfolk and Waveney Mind.
