St Martins has vacancies for Pathways Support Workers to join our Pathways team supporting the homeless in Norwich and Norfolk.
Pathways Support Worker – Dry House
Contract until end March 2021
Part of this service is the creation of a new ‘dry house’ in one of our properties in Norwich and the role will have direct responsibility for the assessment and support of each resident accommodated in the Bracondales Project and liaise with all persons identified as appropriate to the support of each individual. Ensuring that the administrative procedures are properly completed, including tenant benefit entitlements
Pathways Support Worker – Community Housing
Contract until end December 2020
The role will be to ensure that all residents undergo a full assessment on admission to the Pathways Service within the direct access and resettlement hostel and Community Housing and ensure that the administrative procedures are properly completed, including tenant benefit entitlements
We are looking for people that are confident, adaptable, and conscientious, have empathy with our service users and the determination to make a difference. You will need at least 2 years’ experience of working with people with substance misuse and mental health issues.
Ability and willingness to be flexible and work unsociable hours, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
