Norfolk Community Law Service is a not-for-profit charity. We provide free, confidential and independent specialist legal advice. Our services are focused on supporting communities who are made most vulnerable by society and those who are locked out of the welfare system, or on the verge of being excluded.
We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our busy team to assist with the personnel and administrative aspects of running our services. We are in particular, looking for someone with excellent IT skills. The successful applicant will supervise the entry of data onto our casework system; support the production and analysis of reports and build on our social media presence.
Please be aware that this role involves remote working for the foreseeable future due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation but may be office based in the future.
