Norfolk Deaf Association (NDA), which since July 2020 operates as Hear for Norfolk, is dedicated to improving the lives of young people and adults with all degrees of hearing loss.  This is achieved by providing hearing aid maintenance, aural care using microsuction, emotional support and information on hearing loss and other related conditions.  We are seeking highly skilled, experienced and professional candidates for a new role within our charity:

 Office Administrator/PA to Chief Executive

The postholder will support the Chief Executive with the day-to-day management of the office and the administrative function of the charity, ensuring that high quality care and support is provided to service users/patients, in line with best practice and organisational policies and guidance, and approved quality standards.  In order to provide a support service to the staff, a versatile approach is essential and the ability to cope with a large number of different tasks simultaneously is a prerequisite of this post.  The postholder will also act as personal assistant to the Chief Executive in all matters relating to effective administration and fundraising activities.
