This is an exciting opportunity for you to be at the forefront of money advice delivery and join our existing team who deliver a multi-channelled debt advice casework service via telephone, face-to-face and email.

If you can demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to show empathy and build rapport
  • Ability to deal with a variety of challenging situations
  • Experience of working with a wide variety of people
  • A positive attitude and enjoy working in a team
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)

You don’t need specific debt experience, however we are looking for empathy and emotional resilience, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Full training will be given.
