We have a vacancy for a Money and Pensions Service Administrator at Norfolk Citizens to provide administrative support to our debt team and to also provide a receptionist role to our front of house office.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative services, to include (but not limited too), preparing letters and packs, answering phones, managing diaries and contacting clients, contacting creditors, updating case records, arranging meetings and receptionist duties.
