Norfolk Community Law Service is a not-for-profit charity. We provide free, confidential and independent specialist legal advice. Our services are focused on supporting communities who are made most vulnerable by society and those who are locked out of the welfare system, or on the verge of being excluded.
NCLS is facing unprecedented demand from people requiring help with complex legal matters. Our Legal Services Officers are the first contact with clients, triaging their issues and booking them in for appointments where appropriate across our general and family/DA services.
This role is an ideal steppingstone for those who are interested in a career in Social Welfare Advice.
We are an Equal Opportunities employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
We are a friendly and supportive organisation with flexible working arrangements and a commitment to supporting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
We provide a hybrid model of home and office working.
