This role will be integral to our innovative new IPS employment support service, working closely with our partners to support people experiencing mental ill health to get back into paid employment.
You will work alongside the IPS Employment Service Manager and other team members to maintain the effective running of the service. You will liaise with local mental health teams and other health professionals to ensure referrals are processed and monitored efficiently, and be proficient in all administration duties.
The successful candidate will be highly-organised, professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will need to be able to work autonomously and have a creative and collaborative approach to the role.
