Norfolk Community Law Service is a not-for-profit charity. We provide free, confidential and impartial specialist legal advice. Our services are focused on supporting communities who are made most vulnerable by society and those who are locked out of the welfare system, or on the verge of being excluded.
Our Immigration Advice service is regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) We provide advice up to and including Level 2 for clients seeking help with Home Office applications and Welfare Benefit appeals. We are looking for a Casework Assistant to support the Immigration Advice Manager with the running of this service, responding to client enquiries sensitively and in a timely manner.
We are offering the successful applicant the opportunity to train and qualify as an immigration adviser. Therefore, it is important that applicants can demonstrate an interest in progressing towards this.
Please note: Applications will be considered from qualified OISC Level 1 advisers at a higher rate of pay £25,973.00.
