At Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind, we work hard to help people in their recovery and in developing resilience for the future. We are a leading mental health charity, providing services which make a real difference to people’s lives. We are a wonderful employer; flexible and supportive. We provide excellent supervision and a good training package.

We are looking to recruit a new Fundraising & Campaigns Manager, to actively promote our cause and generate income to support the delivery of vital projects and services across our operating area. This role will be paramount to engaging the general public in the importance of eradicating stigma associated with mental ill health, and championing the role of local communities in supporting those most at need in our society.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keenness to build and maintain strong working partnerships. Knowledge of and experience in developing and delivering fundraising and campaigns strategies is essential.

You will join a small but enthusiastic and growing team, and will have the opportunity to shape the role in line with our annual business strategy and operational plans.

You must hold a current UK driving licence and have your own transport.

If you are driven and can think innovatively, if you want to make a difference to people’s lives, and if you want to take a job and make it your own, we would love to hear from you.
