Norfolk Community Law Service has an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference to the lives of the most vulnerable members of our community.

We offer legal advice, assistance and representation to around 4,000 people per year who would otherwise potentially have to go without such vital support.

We are currently facing unprecedented demand from people requiring help with complex legal matters and therefore have an opportunity to expand our team through the recruitment of a new Family Legal Services Officer.

As part of this role, you would be the first contact with clients, triaging their issues and booking them in for appointments, where appropriate, into our family and domestic abuse pro-bono advice clinics.

This role is an ideal steppingstone for those who are interested in a career in Social Welfare Advice.

We offer a hybrid way of working and our premises in Norwich city centre are very close to good public transport links.

We offer the chance to work within a forward-thinking, inclusive and important charity, which is about to celebrate its 40th anniversary.
