About the organisation: The Matthew Project empowers young people and adults to overcome drugs, alcohol, and mental health issues so they can live their lives more fully. We are celebrating our 40th Birthday this year and we are looking for a passionate team player to take care of our valued donors and to grow the income we gain from individual givers.
About the role: As the Donor Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with and supporting our donors to develop opportunities for support, regular giving, and fundraising. You will support the charity in the development and management of the donor database and will be responsible for creating ways to thank those who donate towards our work. As part of the Income Generation Team, you will also be involved in organising and delivering publicity/fundraising campaigns and events during this significant year.
Our values and ethos originate from a Christian perspective, and we seek to employ people of all backgrounds who respect and align with those values, whether from a position of faith or not.
