We are extending our debt team to help even more people struggling through the cost-of-living crisis – could you be the one to provide potentially life-changing support and advice?
Norfolk Community Law Service is a registered charity, which has been delivering access to justice in Norfolk for more than forty years.
We are looking for an experienced Debt Adviser to join our skilled and motivated team on a permanent basis. The Debt service works to Advice Quality Standards and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The successful applicant will provide vital advice to our clients, including those referred to us by the Probation service.
As the cost-of-living crisis continues you will have the opportunity to offer clients help and hope, providing them with practical solutions. This will include undertaking casework, negotiation and representation on their behalf. You will ideally already be an experienced Debt Relief Order Intermediary or be prepared to undertake training.
We provide a hybrid model of home and office working and the chance to work within a forward-thinking, inclusive and important charity.
