Every survivor of domestic abuse, and their family, deserves the right response at the right time, to make them safe, sooner. That’s why we’re delivering new interventions and ways of working that fill the gaps in the response to domestic abuse, on behalf of SafeLives and the Norfolk County Community Safety Partnership.
As one of our Community IDVAs, you will have experience of delivering domestic abuse interventions and managing a diverse case load. You will be passionate and proactive about meeting the needs of individuals and families, doing so with compassion, tenacity, and hope for their futures with a strong commitment to ensuring their safety. You will be able to build successful partnerships within the service delivery team and with key partners, in order to deliver holistic services to improve outcomes for your clients. You will value, champion and amplify the voices of our service users. Comprehensive training with be provided.
