We are looking for two new members to join our Better Together Norfolk team.
The Voluntary Norfolk Partnership has been funded by Norfolk County Council to deliver an innovative new service to combat loneliness and social isolation across communities in Great Yarmouth, Norwich and neighbouring parts of Broadland and South Norfolk and Breckland.
Community Development Workers coordinate and facilitate a community-led approach to combatting loneliness and social isolation within a locality. They act as catalysts, enabling and powering local communities to initiate social action which helps to create connection and promote inclusion.
1 x Community Development Worker, Norwich, based at Voluntary Norfolk, St Clement’s House, 2 – 16 Colegate, Norwich NR3 1BQ
1 x Community Development Worker, South Norfolk & Breckland, based at South Norfolk Early Help Hub, South Norfolk House, Cygnet Court, Swan Lane, Long Stratton, NR15 2XE
