This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Business support Administrator to join our Norfolk and  Suffolk team. You will be working closely with the Operations manager Service Manager, and co-ordination team to help support the growth of our SEN and Mental Health and Wellbeing projects to deliver high quality and innovative services to families and communities

Main Responsibilities:

  • To review update and manage central filing systems
  • Collate and input referrals, risk assessments and applications onto our Inform database
  • To oversee central social media pages
  • Support the Social Prescribing Wellbeing activities
  • Support general administrative duties for our SEN and Mental Health and Wellbeing Services
  • To organise team meetings, take and distribute meeting minute
  • Support teams with design of promotional material
  • Support management team with report collation

This role is based in our Swaffham office but will require occasional working at other sites across Norfolk and West Suffolk. Some home working can be considered and hours can be flexible Monday – Friday.
