Looking for a flexible way of using your HR knowledge and skills with a consultancy that supports the empowerment of communities?

We are looking for experienced/ qualified HR Generalists to work on our HR Consultancy team at CBR Business Solutions, a Business Enterprise within Voluntary Norfolk.

Our HR consultancy team provide HR advice and services on a broad and varied range of work and to a range of clients locally and nationally.

With demand for HR projects growing we are looking for Associate HR Consultants to provide ad-hoc professional project support to our clients when our current team are involved in other client work.

We would be keen to meet with those who have experience of managing Independent Investigations and change management projects – TUPE, Restructures, as well as those with public sector experience.

We can offer interesting and flexible HR professional work that supports clients directly but contributes through the “social purchasing” of our services to empowering communities in Norfolk.

Perhaps you’ve changed your work/life balance recently, have family, projects, studies on the go but wish to continue your HR professional work on an ad-hoc basis.

You will be proactive and resourceful and confident in providing timely advice via on-line meetings, telephone, email and where appropriate also on-site at client premises. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, common sense coupled with an up-beat, can-do attitude.

You will be CIPD Level 7 qualified (or working towards) with an up to date working knowledge of Employment Law and HR Best Practice and have a track record of building positive working relationships with clients and /or at a senior level.
