Norfolk Deaf Association (NDA), which operates as Hear for Norfolk, is dedicated to improving the lives of people with all degrees of hearing loss.  This is achieved by providing hearing aid maintenance, aural care using microsuction, emotional support and information on hearing loss and other related conditions.  We are seeking skilled, experienced and professional candidates to join our charity:

The postholder will provide a high-quality reception and administrative support within the Hear for Norfolk and, as such, will need to be able to communicate well with service users/patients and their relatives, the general public and a wide range of multi-professional staff, internal and external to the charity.  In order to provide a support service to the staff, a versatile approach is essential and the ability to cope with a large number of different tasks simultaneously is a prerequisite of this post.

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
