Are you a strong administrator keen to join an established team providing a reception and switchboard service to the Integrated Delivery team?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a role to be undertaken on a 12 month fixed term basis within our Norwich-based offices in Cathedral Close. Set within a few metres of Norwich Cathedral and in modern offices served by wonderful grounds, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase and develop their strong administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills whilst receiving training and support within the role.

Key requirements include being the first port of call for visitors to the offices, ensuring sign in/out, answering the switchboard, data entry, accurately taking and passing on messages, interacting with other team members, undertaking administrative duties and attending meetings as required.

This is an exciting time to be joining Mind and becoming part of the partnership with the Norfolk & Suffolk Mental Health Foundation Trust delivering services within the provision of the Norfolk and Waveney Wellbeing Service.
